A friend has spent a long time recreating the crosses that Adrian Slack made in order to arrive at S. 'Daniel Rudd'. Which is -
Sarracenia leucophylla x ((S. x catesbaei) x S. leucophylla)
I have approx. a dozen plants resulting from the final cross. Though looking nothing like the original 'Daniel Rudd', a few of them are turning out to be attractive and very colourful plants.

This is a quick, early season snap taken with my phone today.
